Industries we service

Every kitchen has a different collection rhythm.

SmartCycle 8 coordinates eligible grease oil and used frying oil collection around the volume, access, operating hours and documentation needs of Philippine food-service establishments.

Discuss your site

Built around real operations

One service model does not fit every waste-oil generator.

A stand-alone restaurant may need a simple scheduled pickup, while a hotel, commissary or multi-branch group may need controlled access windows, consolidated records and different container arrangements at each location. We begin with the site, material and operating conditions before confirming service.

01

Restaurants and cafés

Independent restaurants, cafés, bars and casual dining kitchens that need predictable removal without interrupting prep or service hours.

Typical need: manageable containers and recurring pickup windows.
02

Fast-food and franchise groups

High-frequency fryer operations and multi-branch networks that benefit from consistent booking information and location-level collection references.

Typical need: repeatable standards across branches.
03

Groceries and convenience stores

Prepared-food counters, bakeries and in-store kitchens where limited back-of-house space and staff handling safety shape the collection plan.

Typical need: secure storage in a compact service area.
04

Hotels, resorts and clubs

Properties with several kitchens, banquet operations or restricted loading-bay schedules that require coordinated access and internal contacts.

Typical need: collection timed around guests and events.
05

Schools and universities

Canteens, concessionaires and campus food-service operations that need clear site authorization, scheduled access and organized pickup records.

Typical need: approved collection windows and responsible contacts.
06

Commissaries and caterers

Central kitchens, cloud kitchens and catering facilities that can generate concentrated volumes during production runs and event cycles.

Typical need: volume planning and accessible storage.
07

Stadiums and event venues

Concession kitchens with demand spikes before and after events, where vehicle access and service timing must be coordinated in advance.

Typical need: flexible pickup after peak activity.
08

Airports and travel kitchens

Food outlets and production kitchens in controlled-access environments where security procedures and loading schedules affect every collection.

Typical need: advance clearance and precise dispatch coordination.

Use-case scenarios

Collection plans shaped by the site.

These examples illustrate how the same used-oil service can be organized differently. Final acceptance and scheduling remain subject to assessment.

Restaurant group

Several branches, one accountable view

Each branch submits its own volume, photos and preferred window. Collection references can help the head office compare activity across locations while each kitchen keeps its local operating contact.

  • Branch-specific pickup details
  • Consistent material segregation guidance
  • Consolidated operational visibility
Hotel or venue

Collect outside the guest-facing rush

A service entrance and loading-bay window are agreed before dispatch. The facilities or kitchen contact confirms access so collection can proceed without crossing active guest areas.

  • Restricted-access coordination
  • Named site representative
  • Event-aware scheduling
Commissary or grocery

Plan around volume and storage

Where production creates larger or irregular volumes, the booking includes realistic estimates and current container photos. This helps the team assess collection frequency and vehicle access.

  • Volume and container review
  • Overflow-risk reduction
  • Pickup cadence based on actual generation

Better on-site practices

Keep recoverable oil separate, secure and ready.

Used cooking oil should not be poured into sinks, floor drains, stormwater channels or mixed with chemicals and general waste. Suitable storage and timely collection help reduce spills, odors, pests, unsafe handling and drainage problems.

  • Allow oil to cool before transferring it.
  • Use stable, covered and clearly identified containers.
  • Keep water, cleaners, food waste and other liquids out.
  • Place containers where staff and collection crews can access them safely.
  • Book before the container reaches unsafe capacity.

SmartCycle 8 currently collects eligible used frying oil and grease oil from Philippine establishments. We do not represent grease-trap cleaning, fresh-oil delivery or specialized equipment installation as standard services. Related environmental or operational needs may be reviewed separately.
